Prestwick Peptide Library

one of the most comprehensive and commercially available peptide library

A collection of 160 well-characterized, high purity and very diverse peptides and peptide fragments.

Why a peptide library?

It is ideally suited to characterize orphan receptors by means of reverse pharmacology approaches, to validate new HTS assays, or to help define relevant screening strategies. More recently it might be used for the finding of PPI modulators.

How provided?

Lyophilized in 96-well plates. The amount of peptide in each well yields a 10-3 M peptide solution when adding 100 µL of solvent.

A database ready for use:

Provided with an annotated database as structural data file (SDF), IsisBase (DB) as well as an XLS file. Annotation includes structure, chemical name and endogenous peptide origin.

The Library is sold with "no strings attached" (i.e. no royalties or milestones are requested).
